本报北京12月21日电 (记者廖睿灵)记者从国家能源局获悉，今年前11月，全国新增发电装机容量超过2.83亿千瓦，其中，太阳能发电新增装机超1.6亿千瓦、风电新增装机4139万千瓦，合计超2亿千瓦。截至11月底，全国累计发电装机容量约28.5亿千瓦，同比增长13.6%。其中，太阳能发电装机容量约5.6亿千瓦，同比增长49.9%；风电装机容量约4.1亿千瓦，同比增长17.6%。
从发电量看，11月份，火电、太阳能发电增速加快，水电增速回落，风电由降转增。其中，火电增长6.3%，增速比10月份加快2.3个百分点；风电增长26.6%，10月份为下降13.1%；太阳能发电增长35.4%，增速比10月份加快20.1个百分点。

From the perspective of power generation, in November, the growth rate of thermal and solar power generation accelerated, while the growth rate of hydropower declined and wind power increased instead of decreasing. Among them, thermal power
increased by 6.3%, with a growth rate 2.3 percentage points faster than in October; Wind power increased by 26.6%, with a decrease of 13.1% in October; Solar power generation increased by 35.4%, an increase of 20.1 percentage points compared to
October.
