光伏微型逆变器(简称“微逆”)的诞生始于2006年,一个光伏电价超过4元/W的时代,任何一种能够提升电站效率,挽回损失发电量的技术都值得尝试;随后光伏标杆电价逐年下调,微逆企业变者生存,在性能与成本方面寻找平衡。
微逆企业的发展历程可以用八个字概括: “因高效生,以安全赢”。 用了十几年,微逆成本与技术终于双双步入成熟期的方案,而为了易于表述,本文将“组串+优化器”和“组串+关断器”的方案,通归为微逆的技术流派:都是通过组件级的控制(简称:MLPE技术)来实现更高效或更安全的目的。
随着户用市场的逐步发展与完善,微逆在安全方面的优势得到了越来越多的重视,微型逆变器系统采用全并联电路设计,可优先将每块组件的直流电逆变为交流电后并入电网,仅存在60V左右的直流电压,具有天然无直流高压的优势, 彻底解决了由于高压直流拉弧引起火灾的风险,同时也解决了当房屋起火时,因光伏电站直流高压而阻碍了施救的问题。美国户用市场已为微逆“量身”立法,未来预计中国等市场也会对电站工作电压有进一步要求,刺激微逆市场进一步兴起。

进入微逆与组件级优化器领域时间与经营周期
除华为、SMA外,其他微逆企业产品线只聚焦在微逆和组件级优化解决方案上,很少跨界。这是因为微型逆变器包含电力电子、微电子和固体电子、嵌入式软件和数据库平台、载波通讯、可靠性设计及生产工艺等5项技术集成在一起,其中核心的微电子技术与组串式或集中式的电力电子技术有很多不同之处。所以虽然全球光伏逆变器厂家曾经爆增至数百家,但微逆企业始终数量不算多。
而未来微逆的技术竞争,也围绕着微电子技术进一步展开。
微逆企业存续之道
从存续情况与企业特性可以得到微逆企业生存之道:
美国国家半导体和SolarBridge退出的主要原因是 成本问题,这一问题曾经困扰了几乎所有微逆企业,早期微逆成本1美元/W,而且美国国家半导体并没有定位细分领域,但在集中式电站中,如此高的成本显然不可接受。
而存续下来的企业中,Enphase也曾长期陷入亏损,但作为微逆技术的开创者,一直保持着技术领先性。2018年6月,Enphase公司以现金和股份的混合收购SunPower微型逆变器公司。收购完成后Enphase将成为SunPower微型逆变器的独家供应商,营收迅速上升,并通过进一步技术创新和降本措施,在当年Q4首次扭亏为盈,2019年起随着美国户用市场屡创新高,同时随着华为退出美国市场后,美国逆变器企业受益匪浅。
虽然营业额不及华为与阳光电源,但如果只从净利润上看,SolarEdge可以称得上是2019-2020年的逆变器王者,2019年四季度光伏业务毛利率为37.3%。
SolarEdge采用DC-DC Optimizer(直直变换优化部件)技术,这种解决方案与微逆变器有相似之处,其原理是将第一级的DC/DC Boost部分从逆变器中拿出来,单独做在电池板后面的POWERBOX里,每个Booster均带有MPPT功能,从而可以实现每块电池板的最大功率点跟踪;这些Booster输出的直流电再汇总起来,集中输入到逆变器里面。这是种介于集中式逆变器和微逆变器之间的一种解决方案。在前级分布式上像微型逆变器,而在后级逆变上又像集中式逆变器。SolarEdge的优化器采用专有的ASIC(专有集成电路)和专利PLC(电力载波通信技术),使得产品的可靠性、技术壁垒得到了保证,同时造价也得到了有效的控制。相比Enphase只以技术取胜,SolarEdge则更加灵活,主要制造商为广州捷普电子,降低劳动力成本同时,广东的电子产业配套能力也为其降低物料成本和研发测试提供良好环境。
SolarEdge和Enphase也是美式商业规则的资深玩家,2020年1月1日 通过强制安装(扩大市场)、提升安全标准(只能选用微逆或快速关断)、专利保护(保护到设计理念级)三步完成对美国市场的牢牢把控,2020年这两家企业合计占据美国住宅光伏市场80%左右的份额。

2017年以前,国产微逆企业以成本取胜,但技术与产品性能与国外企业略有差距,但到2017年以后,中国微逆厂商着手解决智能微型逆变器应具备的支撑智能电网的要求, 具备了无功补偿、高低电压穿越等能力, 也是在这一年,中国国产微逆厂商的技术水平与国外厂商处于同一台阶,并继续处于技术发展的快车道。
