太阳能硅片呈现蓝色? 准确说是太阳能电池片呈现蓝色,而且是多晶硅太阳电池,单晶硅太阳电池一般是黑色的。
为什么是蓝色或黑色,因为那个颜色是Anti-reflected Coating(反反射薄膜层)的作用效果。太阳能电池板主要吸收的是可见光中的绿色波长附近的光子,而太阳能电池板是蓝色,则说明反射的是蓝色波长的光。黑色当然是都不反射。所以黑色最好,蓝色次之。
目前有一种色素增感型太阳能电池,是指在玻璃基板或塑料基板上的两片透明电极的基板之间加入色素和电解液的电池。采用该技术,可以制造出透明电池及各种颜色的电池。这种电池的效率都不高,价格比硅的倒是便宜些。
电池片生产过程中一个必须步骤PECVD,目的是给硅片表面镀上一层减反射膜(氮化硅),起到减少光反射目的,镀膜厚度大概在80um左右,由于氮化硅膜的光学性能使其表面显蓝色。
