西藏调整上网电价：光伏低至0.1元/度，配储20%*4h！

11月18日，西藏自治区人民政府办公厅印发《关于进一步优化调整全区上网电价和销售电价引导降低社会用电成本的通知》，

1、光伏项目分两类，分别执行0.1元/度、0.25元/度上网电价；配置20%*4h电化学储能

平段（0.67元/度）：0:00-3:00,6:00-11:00,17:00-24:00，共15小时；

低谷时段（0.335元/度）：11:00-17:00，共6个小时；

深谷时段（0.264元/度）：3:00-6:00，共3个小时。

尖峰时段（1.206元/度）：19:00-22:00，共3个小时。
